Description of the accommodation

On the edge of a busy road but close to shops, a renovated semi-detached cottage is waiting for you! Enclosed courtyard at the front of the cottage with garden furniture, small courtyard at the back of the house with deckchairs, table, table football and lovely view. Parking on the sidewalk in front of the cottage or opposite on the other side of the road.

On the ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (including "'nespresso" type capsule coffee maker, kitchen scales), living room with lounge area, TV, micro-system, wifi, board games and books. Lovely open view. A small bathroom with toilet and shower.

Upstairs 2 large adjoining bedrooms (and screen) each with 1 180x200 bed or 2 90x200 beds of your choice, as well as an office space facilitating teleworking.

Baby equipment available: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty and bottle warmer.

Available, ironing board and steam generator.

Via the kitchen, access to the cellar where the washing machine, dryer, electric barbecue/plancha and access to the small backyard are located.

You can also store your bikes there via an outside access.

Ideal starting point to discover the Morvan and its many nature activities.

To please you, your host accepts late arrivals.

Options and charges:
All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made on arrival (according to the configuration that you have defined with the owner before your arrival, namely 4 beds 90x200 or 2 beds 180x200); towels provided as well as household linen. Heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption). End-of-stay cleaning included (provided that the cottage is left in good condition). The deposit of €300 payable by check is refundable within the week following departure.
