Nestled in the greenery, located in a very quiet area of Chartres, on the top of the hill on the right bank of the Eure, this very bright city break offers a magnificent view of the old town and the cathedral. Quality layout and decoration, with emphasis placed on bio-sourced materials (wood, wood wool, cellulose wadding, natural linoleum, water-based paint, rainwater collection, etc.). The accommodation is served by bus (supermarket, city center, train station and hospital); free public parking immediately opposite. The interior design allows people with reduced mobility to be accommodated. A 15 m2 terrace extends the gîte and allows you to enjoy the view and the sun; an enclosed, flowery garden with a shaded grassy terrace completes the ensemble. Single-storey gîte, non-smoking, pets not accepted. The entirely single-storey gîte has been adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (Italian shower, sink and adapted WC).

The price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made on arrival), dish towels and guest towels). As the heating of the gîte is electric, you have 8 Kwh per day (the excess must be paid on site to the host). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is an option; even if he chooses the cleaning option, the tenant will be keen to empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes, vacuum and briefly clean the toilets, and put the furniture back in order.
