Ground floor: living room-kitchen (with American fridge), old bread oven, toilet, storeroom. Upstairs: access to the covered terrace of 28 m² with jacuzzi heated to 32° (open only in High Season) and indoor bike, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, 1 suite of 2 bedrooms (1 with bed 140, the other with bed 90), bathroom with toilet.
Private courtyard, garden, terrace of 70m².
Shared with the other gîte and the owners: heated swimming pool [solar heating, (10x5 m) unsupervised (barrier)], open from 15/06 to 30/09 depending on the weather.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat.
Sheets, towels and household linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Reinforced Green'Up socket for recharging electric vehicles (included in the stay).
Food Truck in the village on Thursdays every 15 days during the summer. House adjoining the owner's house without any vis-à-vis, in a village a stone's throw from the Périgord (30 minutes from Brantôme and the Piégut market).
