Ground floor: living room-kitchen (with American refrigerator), old bread oven, toilet, pantry. Floor: access to the 28 m² covered terrace with jacuzzi heated to 32° (open only in High Season) and indoor bike, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 suite of 2 bedrooms (1 with 140 cm bed, the other with 90 cm bed), bathroom with toilet. Private courtyard, garden, 70m² terrace. Shared with the other gîte and the owners: heated swimming pool (10x5 m) unsupervised (barrier), open from 06/15 to 09/30 depending on the weather.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bath, potty, changing mat.
Sheets, bathroom and household linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Reinforced Green'Up socket for charging electric vehicles (included in the stay).
Food Truck in the village on Thursday every 15 days during the summer. House adjoining the owner's house without any vis-à-vis, in a village a stone's throw from Périgord (30 minutes from Brantôme and the Piégut market).
