Family cottage for 7 people, plus 2 babies. Old stone farm tastefully renovated in a Champagne village. Large terrace with garden furniture. Swing and slide in the enclosed garden. Board games. Private parking for 2 cars. Playground and cyclo-rail 200 m away. Numerous hiking trails in the forest. Neolithic sites, abbeys, castles, educational farm and horse riding nearby.
On the ground floor: Kitchen, dining room and living room with 120 cm diagonal OLED flat screen.
1st floor: 1 bedroom. with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom. with 3 90 cm beds, bathroom and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom. with 1 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Electric heating and wood stove (45 €/stere). Tumble dryer. Cleaning fee: €60 (including weekends). Linen rental. : €5/pers. Wireless. Baby equipment (2 beds, 2 chairs, bath, deckchair, playpen).
Pets: €20/pet/stay.
