Housed in a former starch factory dating from the 19th century, this pleasant pied-à-terre offers you proximity to the Cité des Images. Ideal for a stay as a couple or for business. The setting is green between nature and the city, animated by a small stream. The Olima valley is located just 3 km from the center of Épinal, close to shops. The owner lives on site and will give you all the good advice to enjoy this Epinal interlude. An equestrian center is located a few meters away (possibility to park the Vans there). Recent independent gîte. External access by 3 steps. Raised ground floor: 1 bedroom on a half-level (1 double bed). Shower room. WC. Living room with kitchen (120/190 cm sofa bed). Grassy area with garden furniture. Non-smoking gîte. Charges included. Electric heating. Bed made on arrival, towels provided. Parking possible in the courtyard, at the side of the road or in a large car park opposite.
