Central heating.
High-speed internet connection.
150 m² enclosed garden (garden furniture, sun loungers) on a property of over one hectare. Ping pong table.
Private parking.
On site, children can visit the cows, calves, and farmyard animals.
Gîte with all utilities included. In a green and peaceful setting, you will stay at the Ferme du Fresne in a spacious gîte.
Nearby: numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. Nearby attractions: Montormel Memorial, Le Pin National Stud Farm, Camembert Village, etc.

The house is beautiful and is located in a quiet place. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. The address of the house is indicated incorrectly, it is a 5-minute drive away from point in maps.
