Upstairs, access to a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and its private bathroom (shower and sani-macerator toilet). Shops on site. Near Prémery, Charité sur Loire (city of Art and History), vineyards of the Charité hillsides, Bertranges forest. Charges and options: Heating and electricity extra beyond the 8 kwh included/day.
