This 77m² cottage in Chalonnes-sur-Loire is entirely on one level. You enter through the kitchen, equipped, modern and functional, open to the living room. The beautiful (decorative) fireplace, the beams and terracotta tiles preserved during the renovation recall the charm of the old combined with resolutely modern comfort and decoration.
