Description of the accommodation

Renovated house located in the countryside, 8 km from the village of Challans and 6 km from the village of Commequiers. The accommodation is close to the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (20 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Monts (22 km) and 35 km from the Noirmoutier bridge.

The cottage, adjoining the owners' home, is composed on the ground floor of a living room/lounge/kitchen, a first bedroom adapted for PRM (1 bed 140) with shower and toilet, as well as a second bedroom (1 bed 160) with shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, access by covered staircase located in the entrance veranda to a third bedroom (1 bed 160 + 2 beds 90 trundle) with shower room and separate toilet.
A glass door in the living room provides access from inside to the swimming pool (3.20x7.20m) covered, heated, open all year round. The pool room has a shower and gives access to a 4th independent toilet.
Outside, fully enclosed garden, gravelled courtyard allowing parking for several cars, covered terrace (summer kitchen with barbecue, outdoor games), uncovered terrace (tables and chairs, deckchairs), pétanque court.
Second wooded land facing the house (garden furniture, hammocks).
Bicycles provided by the owners.
The house is surrounded by natural organic meadows, on a hillside, with suckler cows grazing from May to October. Heating included. Sheets and towels provided.
Optional: cleaning fee: €250/stay.
