You will appreciate the comfort and decoration of the house (open in August 2021, the surroundings are being finished, planting in particular), the superb swimming pool shared with the other gîte: 12x5 pool with covered shelter, on a walled area of 300 m² with pool house (reserved for occupants of the gîtes, without guests...). Private terrace and land 100 m². In the countryside, on the owner's farm, easy access 3 km from the A72 exit. Montbrison 15 km away, St-Etienne 30 km away. Swimming pool shared with another gîte. PLEASE NOTE: a health pass will be required upon arrival for the use of the swimming pool shared with 1 other gîte and reserved for the occupants of the gîte only (no guests).
