On the ground floor, you will have a spacious country-style kitchen with dining area, a living room with television and desk, a bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet. You will access the first floor by a small spiral staircase leading to two triple bedrooms each composed of a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, baby bed. Outside, you will have access to a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area and organic vegetable garden in which picking will be accessible at any time of the day (strawberries, cherry tomatoes, artichokes...). Public parking is located 20 meters from the cottage, a mini-market for your essential purchases is located 100 meters away and you will have the possibility of renting electric bikes in the village. To make your stay easier, everything is included in the price: heating, electricity, linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds will be made upon arrival. In the heart of a wine-growing village, 35 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, and 30 minutes from the Forêt d'Orient and Nigloland lakes, come and recharge your batteries in a country house that combines authenticity, old-world charm, and contemporary decor.
