Exceptional sea view from all rooms and terraces.

Composed on the ground floor of a hall, toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160 and shower room, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 and shower room and toilet, balcony.
A small bedroom on the mezzanine with a bed of 0.90 (child only)
On the garden level: large white kitchen fully equipped with a bar area and stools, a large living room with 2 large sofas, coffee table, television, dining area with a table and chairs.
A very beautiful terrace with panoramic sea view, a swimming pool with the retractable bottom which can close the pool and enlarge the terrace, deckchairs.
Another terrace with garden furniture.
Then below, a large terrace in the shade of a large oak tree.
