It is located on the 1st floor of a building 10 m from the beach and consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with sofa opening onto the terrace from where the view of the beach and the port is fantastic, a fitted kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (90 cm), a shower room, toilets.
Pets not allowed.

Additional services to be paid on site:
- tourist tax according to the rate in force per day and per person aged over 18
- deposit: by check or cash returned after verification by the cleaning team
- mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 euros
