Description of the accommodation

South facing 44m² duplex apartment with a small balcony.
Living room with dining area and lounge area with sofa bed, television which can be isolated by a curtain to sleep peacefully.
Kitchen isolated from the well-equipped living room: cooker (4 fires), fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini-oven, pressure cooker.
Upstairs an alcove with curtain where you will find 2 bunk beds 90 with storage.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage.
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Independent WC
The beds are equipped with duvets, pillows, bolsters, blankets and eiderdowns.

Tourist tax: 0.90 € / day / person over 18 years old.

the Riou residence is located in the center of Cauterets, less than 50m from the cable car. 300m from shops, restaurants and ski rental companies. 400m from the Esplanade des Œufs, the swimming pool and 100m from the spa center. Ideal in winter so as not to use your car. It benefits from a "walking distance" location.

"Appartement très agréable idéalement situé L&#39,emplacement de l&#39,appartement idéal, face aux télécabines. Appartement spacieux et très agréable. Le parking couvert. Un village très sympa avec tous commerces. Les bains très agréables après le ski. Casiers de ski au pied des pistes! Clés disponibles à l&#39,agence immobilière dans le village. Un kit d&#39,arrivée vous est distribué. Ils sont très disponibles et agréables."
