Première expérience avec poplidays, on recommencera

L’accueil de l’agence où nous avons récupéré les clés fut très rapide : on nous a donné les clés et l’adresse du logement, pas d’autres renseignements. Pendant le séjour il y a eu une fuite d’eau provenant du logement au dessus. Impossible de joindre quelqu’un : personne à l’agence(agence toujours fermée) plusieurs messages laissés sur répondeur personne ne nous a rappelé. Nous avons résolu le problème 👿 par nous même. C’est dommage car le logement est vraiment très agréable et confortable.
