25 km from Nantes, 8 km from Nort-sur-Erdre and 2 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, in a quiet countryside setting, La Grange is a gîte set up in an old 18th century farmhouse (owners and other gîte adjoining on site).
Shared swimming pool heated from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather (4.50 x 9 m).
Private terrace and access to the enclosed shared garden of 3000 m² with portico and bowling green. Ground floor: lounge/living room (140x190 convertible) with open kitchen and separate WC. First floor (slightly steep staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 beds, 2 (small bedroom): 90x190 bunk beds), shower room/wc. Shared laundry room with washing machine. Additional equipment: baby bed.
Included: gas heating, electricity and sheets.
Not included: bathroom linen (5€/p), obligatory end-of-stay cleaning (short stay 30€ - week 60€) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning package for professional customers (65€).
Possibility of additional connecting room (on request from the owners).
