Maison Tranquille dans un village rétais

Sweet flat and great pool, lovely base to explore the area but beware of the agency&#39,s extra costs! Lovely setting, in a gated development of flats, 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach and 15 minutes to Carnac Plage centre with all its restaurants and shops. The flat is quite small but on 2 levels, slightly dated in places but overall we found it clean, well equipped and well maintained and great base to explore Carnac and the local area. Loved having the balcony and the pool was clean and a great size.

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Situation idéale pour un séjour calme et ressourçant Par contre, il n’était pas propre à notre arrivée et l’agence locale facture malgré tout, des frais de ménage conséquents, inconcevable et bien dommage .

Bonjour Madame M., Nous sommes ravies que l’appartement vous ai convenu. Concernant le ménage comme nous vous l’avons indiqué à votre arrivée, il faut nous signaler tout problème de propreté qui ne serait pas à votre convenance, dans l’heure qui suit votre arrivée afin que nos gouvernantes interviennent rapidement. Vous avez pris possession des clés à 19h et nous étions présentes jusqu’à 21h, vous ne vous êtes manifestée que le dimanche à 17h30, nous n’avions donc plus la possibilité d’intervenir et rectifier puisque l'agence est fermée le dimanche et jours fériés. Pour rappel la prestation « ménage de fin de séjour » est en option, vous avez choisi librement de la régler. Le tarif est de 85€ pour cet appartement de 57m². Cordialement
