- Living room (small folding table, TV, double sofa-bed : cover) opening onto the South-facing balcony with sea view (garden furniture and awning)
- Equipped kitchen area (2-ring electric hob, refrigerator, mini-oven)

No pets allowed
Public car park at the foot of the residence

Fixed price for charges costs in extra (35€/week) except from May 23 to September 20, 2025
