The buron, Mazut in Occitan, built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2015, is an old agricultural building formerly used for the manufacture of the emblematic cheeses of our region: Cantal and Salers.
This local stone building is located in the heart of our agricultural operation on a basalt plateau overlooking the Rasthène and Embène valleys. Its geographical location is ideal for hiking in the countryside and snowshoeing in winter, offering a panoramic view of the Aubrac mountains in Aveyron and the Cantal mountains on both sides of the plateau.
In a very cozy atmosphere, imbued with modernity and authenticity which exudes the charm of yesteryear, we welcome you to our gîte.
You have a closed terrace of 24 m², an open plot of 1000 m² as well as 2 mountain bikes available. On the ground floor, living room with equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, pellet stove (pellets offered), wifi internet access. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single pull-out beds and children's cabin (1 90x190 bed) and TV, bathroom, separate toilet. Baby equipment available. Electric heating included. Prices all charges included.

Many activities are possible in this sector: golf in Vézac, visit to the Rocher de Carlat site (climbing and virtual tour of the old fortress), discovery of the Rocher de Ronesque site, the Château de Messilhac, the Petite Cité de Character of Raulhac, water activities and swimming at Lake Sarrans, skiing at the Super-Lioran resort.
