A shower room and two bedrooms upstairs: one with a 140cm double bed and another with a 140cm double bed and a bunk bed on top of it in 80cm.

A large terrace of approximately 35 m² facing WEST, not overlooked, at the foot of the dune.

Private parking space, and direct access to Santocha beach.

Cleaning and linen are not included in the rental. Contact us for prices. When you get the keys, two deposits will be required: one of €500 for accommodation and a deposit of €90 for end-of-stay cleaning.

A supplement of €20/animal will be required.
