A private underground parking space, for parking in complete peace and quiet. A 2-minute walk from Capbreton harbor, its restaurants and shops, 500 meters from the beach, perfect for days spent swimming and relaxing, and just a few minutes from Hossegor and its famous surf spots. Let yourself be seduced by this apartment, ideally located for a relaxing vacation on the Landes coast (playground and mini golf course at the foot of the residence). Free Wi-Fi access is available.
