Large family house sleeping 11 with a beautiful, large garden with trees, very close to the Capbreton marina.
The sleeping area upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 160 cm beds and 3 90 cm beds including a master suite with a bathroom consisting of a bathtub and a shower with massage jet. This room also has a dressing room and a balcony. You will also find an additional bathroom.
On the ground floor, you will discover a 5th bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening onto a large bright living room and its dining room. The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker) is adjoining and opens onto the outdoor terrace.
To complete everything, a bathroom and a toilet are present outside. You will enjoy a large garden and a beautiful covered terrace equipped with a kitchen. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation price.
