Very pretty apartment classified 4 stars, with simple and elegant decoration. On the 1st floor of a small residence with well-kept gardens. An entrance opening onto the fully equipped American kitchen (pod coffee maker) and the living room/living room. The dining area opens onto a pretty terrace. On this same level, a laundry room/wc with washing machine. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90 cm beds which form a double bed), a bathroom and separate toilets. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The whole is bright and welcoming but also ideally located: the city center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The beach is less than 10 minutes by bike. Wifi available and private underground parking space, deep enough to also park bicycles. Let yourself be charmed!
