This mansion (a small part of which is occupied all year round) of 100m² is ideally located in the heart of the city center of Capbreton, 100m from the pedestrian street, the market, bars, cinema and restaurants, 5 minutes from the beaches and the port. The ideal place for a family vacation! On foot, by bike or with the free shuttles, it will be easy for you to forget the car during your stay. It consists of 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds 140 and storage, 2 bathrooms, a living room and an equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker)
The exterior of the house allows you to enjoy a pleasant covered terrace and a garden shared with other residents.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in your reservation as well as WiFi access.
