Description of the accommodation

In Capbreton, a pleasant apartment with exceptional views of the harbor, located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator, with a swimming pool and tennis court. You will have a kitchen with all the necessary equipment (filter coffee maker). The sleeping area consists of a 140cm sofa bed in the living room and a bedroom with a 140cm bed. A private parking space completes the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet at the foot of the marina and beaches!
Shops and beaches within walking distance! End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price from mid-June until the first week of September.
To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax, accommodation deposit by credit card or secure payment link.
Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
- Sheets and towels: €20 per person
- Cleaning during or at the end of your stay: €100
- Mini-box: €49/week or €10/day while supplies last. - Baby equipment: 1 high chair booster adapter, 1 travel cot, 1 bathtub: €20

Super séjour, appartement très bien placé avec une grande terrasse.

Super séjour, appartement très bien placé avec une grande terrasse. Emplacement top, calme, au 1er étage avec terrasse. A proximité de la plage, restaurants et petits commerces. Centre proche, on peut tout faire à pied ou en vélo.
