The kitchen area (renovated at the beginning of 2024) is functional (l'Or Barista capsule coffee maker) and is open to the living room which it opens onto a bright loggia of approximately 6m² with a dining table. The advantage of this apartment is access to a large collective swimming pool open from the beginning of June to the beginning of October as well as 2 tennis courts. You can notably take the Bateau Passeur located 2 minutes away on foot to cross the port.
