- A living room with a sofa bed (2x80cm)
- A terrace with its garden furniture, view of the canal

Private parking. A communal swimming pool, open from June 15 to September 15 is at your disposal in the residence. Also access to tennis courts.

End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are not included in the rental. Contact us for prices. When you get the keys, you will be asked for two deposits: one of €500 for accommodation and one of €75 for end-of-stay cleaning.
