In a prime location, this charming 35 m² patio villa can accommodate up to 4 people.
You'll have a living room with a large 140 cm sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. A bathroom with a separate toilet completes the ensemble. The accommodation is equipped with plenty of storage space. You'll also have access to a beautiful terrace of approximately 10 m², sheltered by an awning, with a large dining table and a plancha grill! You'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor space, including a pétanque area. A bonus: the bike path in front of the residence and a private parking space are available. You'll be charmed by the location and the amenities offered by this accommodation, ideal for a vacation with family or friends. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation price.
To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and security deposit via secure link and credit card only. Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
