T2 for 5 people on the ground floor, with large terrace, view of green spaces and tennis court, facing South, with private parking space.
Large living room of 20.5 m2 with its open and well-equipped kitchen (microwave, mini oven, 4 electric burners, fridge, dishwasher), sofa bed and TV.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed in 140 and a mezzanine bed in 90 and storage.
Shower room with shower and sink and separate toilet.

On the terrace you will find the table with chairs, and two deckchairs.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.

Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
For towels: €10 per person.

Baby bed rental: €15 per week.

*Sheets option - €15 (double kit) for the entire stay.

The cleaning on departure is your responsibility. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs €75.

For any reservation of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip will be offered to you on the agency's catamaran.
