This pleasant air-conditioned villa is located in the Les Cristallines residence, a stone's throw from Richelieu beach. It includes on the ground floor a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker type: filter), a lounge area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs a mezzanine bedroom that can accommodate two additional beds. All of this opens onto a large terrace where it is pleasant to have meals and relax in peace. For more comfort it is possible to park your vehicle within the garden and for the greatest pleasure of children there is a swimming pool in the residence. Perfect rental to spend a great holiday under the sun of Cap d'Agde without having to take the car. The port center where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, water activities and various entertainment is accessible on foot in a few minutes, as is Richelieu beach, the Ile des Loisirs and the many markets that punctuate the summer season. It is also possible to take beautiful, safe bike rides thanks to the many kilometers of cycle paths that run throughout the resort.
