Living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen : fridge and freezer, television and microwave. First Floor : one bedroom with 140cm bed + one bedroom with two 90cm beds. Shower room. Terrase with sunbeds. Private parking n°33.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, 1.44 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
