Completely renovated villa is located in the quiet area of ??the pine forest, in a pleasant secure residence with swimming pool.

It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It consists on the ground floor of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker), a bathroom, a a separate toilet, all opening onto a pleasant closed terrace on which it is pleasant to take your meals without being overlooked. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140*190 double bed and a bedroom with two 90*190 bunk beds. There is also a cellar for storing bicycles.

There is a private parking space and a swimming pool in the residence.

La Roquille beach and the port center are accessible on foot in a few minutes by the cycle path which passes in front of the residence.

Ideal rental to spend a great holiday with children under the sun of Cap d'Agde.
