Description of the accommodation

Located 600m from the large beach of Richelieu, the residence "Golf Club Résidence" is composed of semi-detached villas in a family and quiet atmosphere. Very pleasant residence.

This vacation rental includes a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen area, a shower room, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The accommodation also offers a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds.

The "Plus" of this rental by the sea: pretty sunny terrace of approximately 20m², garden furniture, south-west exposure, private parking space in the residence, shared swimming pool in the residence.

End of stay cleaning included.
Sheets and towels not provided, possibility to reserve them by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

Agence top par contre maison mal entretenu douche qui ne s’écoule pas pas de lumière dans une chambre. Logement pas très propre. Mais tout est très bien accessible commerce, plage à proximité m.
