This residence is composed of small semi-detached villas which are either on one level or for some which have a floor.

Located in the heart of the pine forest, you will be quiet to enjoy your holidays but at the same time close to everything.

A 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille via a path that crosses the pine forest. You will find shops such as: bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacco, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants and straw huts.

Also on this beach you can find water sports, Jet-Ski, Towed buoy, Banana, Pedal boat etc.
Port center 15 minutes walk.
The agency is 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment does not have WI-FI, you can contact the agency which will offer you a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at the price of €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
For towels: €10 per person.

Baby bed rental: €15 per week.

The cleaning on departure is your responsibility. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs €105.

For any booking of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip will be offered to you on the agency's catamaran.
