This cabin studio can accommodate up to 4 people is located in a secure residence with swimming pool, very close to the Richelieu beach. It is perfectly located to spend pleasant holidays without having to take the car. The beach, the port center, the shops, the nautical activities, the leisure parks, the various activities and the numerous markets are easily accessible on foot.
Air-conditioned, it includes a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a lounge area, a cabin with two bunk beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. The whole overlooks a loggia enjoying a magnificent view of the green spaces and the port. To the delight of children there is a swimming pool in the residence.
