Residence "Les Paradores", quiet and family residence, secure, with swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), district of La Pinède 1 km from the beach of La Roquille, shops and the port, semi-detached villa (45 m2) with its private parking, comprising:

On the ground floor:
- entrance, living room and kitchen of more than 20m2 with table and chairs for six people, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dresser, flat screen television, DVD player.
In the equipped kitchen:
dishwasher, gas stove, extractor hood, fridge - freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker.
- bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and furniture (hairdryer), electric towel dryer
- Separate toilet with window
- a bedroom with large cupboards and 140x190 bed
Upstairs:
- a closed bedroom with 140x190 bed, large cupboards and a mezzanine with 140x190 bed in an alcove, second toilet, sink with furniture, storage furniture.
Air conditioning.
Large parking space (it is possible to park two cars) and a terrace
of 15 m2 (west facing) in front of the house with two tables and 4 chairs.
Terrace at the back, east facing (23 m2) with table, six chairs and four folding deckchairs.

Utensils such as pans, pots, glasses, cutlery and plates are available to travelers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning supplies.

The apartment does not have WI-FI, you can contact the agency which will offer you a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at the price of €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
For towels: €10 per person.

Baby bed rental: €15 per week.

The departure cleaning is your responsibility. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 105 euros.
Cleaning NOT done ("surprise" cleaning) or poorly done a supplement of 50 € will be requested.

For any reservation of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip will be offered to you on the agency's catamaran.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
