Very nice 3-room corner apartment completely renovated located on the 2nd floor with a glimpse of the sea and Port Canto. It includes a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), opening onto a large terrace of 28m²; an American kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hobs, dishwasher, washing machine; a first bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm; a second bedroom with a sofa bed 140x200cm and a desk; a bathroom with WC.

Underground parking space of the Residence included with the rental of the apartment

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Near Palais des Festivals.
Beaches very close to the apartment.

ARRIVALS:
Monday to Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. No arrivals on Sundays (agency closed)
Arrivals after 6pm will be charged 40h / hour.
