Comfortable apartment on the 1st floor (without elevator) comprising an entrance with cupboard, a living/dining room, an open equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, washing machine, multifunction microwave...), a bedroom with a 140 bed + cupboard, bathroom (shower + sink), separate toilet. 1 private parking space.
Internet access. No pets allowed.

An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).

If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
