Comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) comprising an entrance with cupboard, a living/dining room opening onto a large terrace, open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, catalytic oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...), a bedroom with a 160 bed + cupboard, bathroom (bathtub + sink), separate toilet. 1 closed parking space for one vehicle.

An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in compliance, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
