This comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor (two flights of 10 steps) with living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace and the garden. Equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob). The bedrooms have a 160 bed and a large closet for one and a 140 bed for the other. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. Assigned parking space.
