CAMBO, C351: 3-room apartment in a beautiful new condominium. On the 1st floor without elevator, this accommodation offers a large living room with open kitchen. A large bay window opens onto the 10m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, cookware and crockery for 4 people. The bedrooms offer 4 beds: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, and a bedroom with two 80 cm beds + closets. A parking space is allocated to the accommodation and a bicycle storage room is available in the residence.
PETS ALLOWED (1 maximum) - INTERNET ACCESS - REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING
Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service).
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in conformity, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to confirm that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- T3 exit cleaning: €66.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L'appartement est proche du centre ville, des parcs et bien équipe , proche aussi des villages typiques.

L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé, agréable et lumineux. L'accueil à l'agence s'est très bien déroulé et il y avait toujours quelqu'un pour nous renseigner.
