Description of the accommodation

Cozy apartment with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Just a few minutes' walk from the wonderful beach of Calella de Palafrugell. Located in a very quiet community with a large pool and two smaller children's pools, a well-maintained garden, and a playground with games and a soccer field.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with direct access from the terrace to the community area with pools, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The spacious and bright living room, which opens directly to the terrace, features a fireplace, a smart TV (no antenna), a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table. The entire space is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere for guests to enjoy their stay even more.

The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need: cutlery, pans, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (one Nespresso and one traditional), oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.

There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a built-in wardrobe, and another bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet.

Parking space in the garage for one car included in the price.
