Description of the accommodation

Ground floor apartment for 4 people located next to the Cala Pi cliff, 100 meters from the beach, with a private garden, air conditioning in the lounge, WIFI. The house has an area of 95m2 and 100m2 garden. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.

The house is recently renovated, in 2019, and has all the comforts: satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children near the house. Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The sea water is shallow, clean and calm.

The area is mainly residential, there are no big hotels around. It is safe and lively in the summer, with several restaurants opening their terraces to enjoy a meal or drink outdoors.Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October and 1,65€ the rest of the months).



Cala Pi is a solitary beach located in a town with the same name, 17 kms. far from Llucmajor, in the south of Mallorca. Its name 'Pi' (pino in Spanish) comes from the trees that surround the beautiful cove. Considered by many to be the perfect beach, protected between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters. The cove is short, about 50m long, but quite wide (140m). The cliffs on both sides of the beach make it a safe place, protected from the winds.

As a curiosity, the Talaiotic town of Capocorb, declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931, can be visited (for a fee), and is only 4km from the house.
