The apartment includes: an entrance with storage cupboard, a living room (with a 110x170 sofa bed and a flat screen TV) opening onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, an open kitchen (with 2 electric hobs, a hood, a combined oven/microwave and a refrigerator), a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed and access to the balcony) and a bathroom with WC.
A private parking space in the residence.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
