2 ROOM APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEW IN A RESIDENCE WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH OF CABOURG
In a seaside residence, on the 4th floor with elevator, 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people and an area of approximately 26m² with a magnificent sea view.
The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed and a flat screen TV), an open kitchen (with 2 induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a classic coffee maker) opening onto a large west-facing balcony with sea view, a bedroom (with 140x190 bed), a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and separate toilets.
Parking is free in the residence.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival.
Pets are accepted in this rental.
THE RESIDENCE: Normandy-style residence on the seafront, next to the Cabourg Thalassotherapy Center in a quiet and residential area.

Très déçu de l'appartement, non entretenu, ménage très superficiel laisse à désirer voire inexistant, protège matelas non changé, seuil de porte décollé et dangereux. Ensemble très décevant.
