CABOURG/ NEAR BEACH AND THALASSOTHERAPY.
In a seaside residence, a stone's throw from the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade, 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator with a capacity of 2 people and an area of approximately 28m² with a west-facing balcony. The apartment includes: a living room/lounge opening onto a west-facing balcony with a small sea view, an American kitchen (2 hotplates, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed). Internet access available in the apartment. Parking spaces are free in the residence. Pets are not accepted in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble dans appartement fonctionnel bien équipé avec vue mer, grand balcon et accès direct à la plage et à la promenade Marcel Proust, dans une résidence calme. Nous avons bien apprécié ce moment de détente.
