4/5 room apartment with private garden overlooking the dyke with direct access to the beach. Private south-facing terrace of approximately 50m2 overlooking the Dives.
The apartment, equipped for 8 people, includes an entrance with large storage cupboard, a living-dining room with American kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, two ceramic hobs and large fridge-freezer), with large bay window and window overlooking the sea, a second bay window gives access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol; a removable partition separates the second part of the living room which serves as the first bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed (daily bed 140x200). A second bedroom to the south, large wardrobes and 2 80x200 beds that can make a large 160x200 bed. A small corridor serves 1 separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine.
A second hallway with two large wardrobes leads to bedrooms 3 and 4, and their bathroom (Italian shower and Sani-grinder WC) bunk beds for the children's bedroom with large bay window overlooking the sea, and 140x200 bed with French window and window for the other.
