On the raised ground floor, you will have a kitchen, a comfortable and cozy living room, a spacious dining room with wine cellar, 2 double bedrooms (180x200 beds) with private bathrooms, a separate toilet with laundry area. Upstairs, a family bedroom (1 180x200 bed + 2 90x200 beds), a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together into a double bed) and a bathroom (shower, sink, baby bath and changing table) with toilet. Each room has a television with Netflix, My Canal access. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, brazier, pétanque court (coming soon), enclosed garden with relaxation lounge and access to the river. Parking on the property. To make your stay easier, beds will be made upon your arrival, bathroom and household linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity will be included in the price.
