The 35 m² gîte can accommodate two people, located on the upper floor of another gîte. Entrance is through the living room, equipped with an open kitchen with four hobs, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric oven, a microwave and a pod coffee maker. The living room is equipped with a sofa as well as a 107 cm connected TV and a fiber optic wifi connection. The bedroom has two 140x200cm beds; The bathroom is equipped with a 120x86cm shower and WC. There is no baby equipment available. The courtyard is shared with the owners, who provide garden furniture and a barbecue. It is possible to park for free in the street, and with the owners' agreement, to park a vehicle in the enclosed courtyard. The heating is electric and utilities are included.
